Coffee Chain Brand Overall Service Quality Survey Report Released

Recently, Youplus has completed a field survey project on the service quality of coffee chain brands. This study selected 10 domestic coffee chain brands as samples, employing mystery shopper experiences and surveys to assess the service quality of 300 coffee shops across 15 cities in six regions: East China, South China, Central China, West China, North China, and Northeast China. The survey results not only provide a detailed comparison of the current service status of coffee chain brands but also offer improvement suggestions and optimization directions for their future development.
