On April 12, 2022, at 15:00, the leaders of Youplus gave a series of online lectures on social practice with the theme of "Market research and service quality management of retail stores" for teachers and students majoring in marketing in the School of Business Administration of Jimei University.

Jimei University, located in Xiamen, Fujian Province, is a "double-class" construction university and a key construction university in Fujian Province. School-running started with the Normal Department of Jimei School founded by Chen Jiageng, a famous patriotic overseas Chinese leader, in 1918, and the Fisheries Department and Business Department of Jimei School founded in 1920, with a history of 103 years. The lecture was hosted by You Chengde, associate professor, Ph.D. and head of marketing department of Jimei University. The participants in the lecture were some teachers of marketing department and all freshmen and juniors.

The keynote speaker of this lecture is William Hu, founder and general manager of Youplu, Liangxing Zhang, deputy general manager, company partner and senior project director of Youplus. First, William Hu introduced the services provided by the company and their applications in different service industries. Subsequently, Liangxing Zhang shared the theme of "Market Research and Service Quality Management of Retail Stores". After the sharing, the guest speaker also organized an interactive exchange online and had a positive interactive question and answer with the online teachers and classmates.

The lecture was successfully completed, and the relevant person in charge of the school said that the teachers and students of relevant colleges responded well. Inviting corporate guests to give online lectures can not only give some course added to the students majoring in marketing in the school, but also combine professional knowledge with practical operation more closely. It is also an effective activity for students to expand their horizons for enterprises under the prevention and control of Covid-19, which is a very meaningful form of school-enterprise cooperation.
