On August 3, 2022, the kick-off meeting of the first shadow board of Youplus was held. William Hu, general manager of Youplus, members of the management committee and directors elected by various departments attended the meeting. Mr. Hu welcomed and affirmed the outstanding young people recommended or selected from different departments, and sincerely expected them to make full use of the insight of young people and make the management perspective more diversified.

Afterwards, the personnel manager gave a detailed explanation on the implementation plan of the shadow board of directors, encouraging members to share and discuss the concerns of the team. After the kick-off meeting, President Hu presented letters of appointment to six of our first directors.

The implementation of the scheme of shadow board of directors is an attempt and an innovation of the company system. We hope that this can make up for some gaps in corporate regulation and provide assistance for continuous innovation of enterprises. At the same time, we also take this opportunity to let young people participate in the company management, and let them feel that the development of the company is closely related to themselves.
