In today's fast-paced work environment, effective communication skills have become an indispensable core competency for professionals. To enhance employees' communication efficiency and foster a more harmonious and productive work atmosphere, Youplus organized a one-day training session on "High EQ Communication Skills" on June 22, 2024. The company invited seasoned professional lecturer Mr. Yuanliang Li to lead this training, which was attended by all employees. The aim of this training was to equip employees with the art of high emotional intelligence (EQ) communication through professional guidance and practical exercises, thereby improving team collaboration and individual professional qualities.

In addition to theoretical explanations, the training featured a variety of practical exercises. Employees were divided into six groups to engage in role-playing and scenario simulations, experiencing different communication strategies in various situations firsthand. This hands-on approach deepened their understanding and application of high EQ communication.

This engaging and enjoyable learning method greatly stimulated everyone's enthusiasm, effectively enhancing the training outcomes. The sixth group, which demonstrated the most proactive attitude and achieved the highest scores, was awarded prizes.

Through this training, not only was mutual understanding and trust among employees strengthened, but an open, inclusive, and efficient information exchange platform within the company was also established.
