As the New Year approaches, the "2023 Year-End Summary and 2024 New Year Gala" themed "Steady and Far-sighted" was held on February 3, 2024, at the conference room in the annex building of the company. Employees from outside regions participated via live streaming. The event aimed to express gratitude to all employees for their hard work throughout the year and to look forward to new challenges and opportunities together.

The venue was filled with joy and laughter. Accompanied by cheerful music and warm applause, General Manager William Hu delivered an enthusiastic speech. He reviewed the achievements and progress made by the company over the past year and expressed heartfelt thanks to all employees. Looking ahead to 2024, he encouraged everyone to continue the spirit of unity, cooperation, and innovation to strive for the company's grand goals. After the general manager's speech, heads of various departments took turns to present comprehensive summaries of their 2023 work. They analyzed the successes and shortcomings of the past year, drawing valuable lessons. Additionally, they outlined plans and goals for 2024.

In the first year of the pandemic's easing, Youplus demonstrated a pragmatic spirit, consistently striving for excellence and achieving commendable results. Following the speeches, we recognized and awarded outstanding employees and teams for their efforts and contributions in 2023. These employees have been diligent and dedicated in their roles, inspiring all to strive for excellence and contribute to the company's prosperity.

A total of nine awards were presented: Outstanding Employee, Outstanding Manager, Best Performance Team, Advanced Individual, Outstanding Newcomer, Outstanding Contribution Award, Excellent Customer Service, Annual Spirit Card Award, and Long-term Service Awards (Five-Year Contribution, Ten-Year Merit).

After the awards ceremony, we organized a group photo for the employees. Following the meeting, the company arranged a gala dinner to thank employees for their hard work throughout the year. During the dinner, three rounds of lucky draws were held, with prizes including three Tiffany jewelry items valued at 2250 yuan each.
